LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
Laser tattoo removal is a simple and safe procedure that produces fantastic results. It doesn’t cause any lasting damage to the skin and will help you feel more comfortable with your body again.
The advanced technology works by shooting a very short pulse from a high-powered laser light through the skin. This light hits the tattoo ink and breaks it up into smaller particles. The body then disposes of these small particles in its immune system and over time the entire tattoo fades from your skin.
Treatment depends on the size of your tattoo and what colours are used. Generally speaking, coloured ink takes longer to remove than black ink. The average session can be anywhere between 15-45 minutes.
The number of treatments all depends on:
- The type of tattoo you have
- The size of the tattoo
- How deep the tattoo is
- Whether the tattoo is one colour or multicoloured
- How well your skin responds to the treatment
Treatment Times & Prices:
- 15 minutes – small to medium sized tattoos – €50
- 30 minutes – medium sized tattoos or multiple small tattoos – €80
- 45 minutes – large area tattoos or multiple tattoos – €100
We highly recommend coming into the salon for a patch test and consultation so a therapist can assess the area’s and guide you to what treatment times and how many sessions you may need.

Laser Tattoo Removal Treatment Journey
Step 1: Book Your Patch Test & Consultation:
Your first appointment is a mandatory patch test and consultation before any laser tattoo removal treatment begins. This allows us to assess your tattoo, discuss expectations, and ensure your skin responds safely to the laser.
Step 2: Personalised Treatment Plan:
Following your consultation and successful patch test, we will create a customised treatment plan based on:
- Tattoo size
- Ink colours used
- Tattoo depth and saturation
- Placement on the body
No two tattoos are the same, so treatment plans are always tailored individually.
Step 3: Book Your Laser Tattoo Removal Session:
Once your consultation and patch test are complete, you can proceed to booking your first treatment session.
Each session includes:
- Skin assessment before treatment
- Full laser treatment of the tattoo area
- Cooling and comfort measures
- Detailed aftercare instructions
What to Expect After Treatment:
It is normal to experience:
- Redness and sensitivity
- Mild swelling
- Temporary frosting (whitening of the skin)
- Light scabbing or blistering during healing
Most clients return to normal daily activities immediately after treatment.
Results & Expectations:
Laser tattoo removal is a gradual process. Fading occurs over several weeks after each session as your body naturally removes broken-down ink particles. Complete removal cannot always be guaranteed, but significant fading is achievable in most cases.
